During planning, we constructed a storyboard with an intention of it it giving us a guideline of shots we had to attain in order to construct our video. Many of these shots entailed us to film our footage at precise times due to certain locations being overbooked such as the chapel, or local authorities intervening during filming.
The opening scene of the video will exhibit Jacob making his to a bus top which ties in well with his daily life. Digetic sounds deployed in this scene will be passing cars and the naturalistic blows of the wind.
An electronic gadget will be used in this scene to convey our intertextual approach we will take throughout or video. The close up on the phone will ignite the start of performance.
We want our video to feature a symbolic location and we contemplated on the fact that they don't come anymore symbolic than Churches, specifically in front of the alter. A medium shot will be deposited during this scene showing the protagonist positioned in front of the alter, as he prepares for his performance.
Glimpses of Money and related symbols will be used in the video to convey the wealth aspects of Jacob, as he moves 'On To The Next One'.
